On our last full day of being in Italy we decided to go to Pinocchio Park instead of hitting the beach. The day before I went to the laundromat and did all our laundry, which was SO nice to get done! Beach towels and all were clean and dry so we didn't want to get them all sandy again. The park itself it a great concept, just a little strange from an adult perspective. The kids had a great time so I guess that's all that mattered!

Story time!Even though it was all in Italian, the kids still listened like they knew what she was saying.
AJ and Grace's version of a gondola ride.
Walking through a dark cave looking for treasure.
A maze that the kids loved to explore. They had races to see who could get out the fastest.
The whale that swallowed Geppetto.

The kids had the choice of coloring a pinocchio nose or a book mark. Jackson chose the nose and Grace the book mark. It's funny to see the differences between the two of them. Jackson was quick to color and be done so he could go play, and Grace took her time making sure she had everything colored in just the right shades of pink. Such a girl!
He loved his nose!
Don't know if I would necessarily recommend going here for the price, but the kids seemed to like the park. With our last night in Italy we finished it off with guess what...pizza!
